Regarding some problem in Razkids App

Hello Ms. Arti,

  This is Viraaj Mother this side. Ma'am this email is just to inform you that in my Razkids App only level A B C are getting open and from past 3 weeks you are giving assignment in level D and E.
  As they are not open, we are unable to do the assignments. I am enclosing the screenshot of my App. Please find the attachment.

    Good day Mrs Sharma,
    So sorry for the inconvenience caused. It is strange that you cant open the other levels. Could you please try and sign out from Raz kids first and then sign in again. Hopefully the problem will be solved. If not please send me a message.
